How Its Works

Once a lost property claim is submitted a dedicated recovery agent is assigned to it.  Agent reviews the claim and will possibly contact you for more details or information that can help us locate or identify your lost property faster.

Report Lost Property

A lost property agent checks, verify, make sure your claim gets to the proper department/departments. Often people submit claims and it ends up in the wrong place. Airports have multiple locations for lost and found.

Entered Into Database

If your lost property is already in the system it will match and you will be notified. If it’s not in the system yet, (It might not have been found yet or just not entered into the system yet) now we will already be looking for your lost property. Airports generally can take up to 3 days to enter lost items into their database.

Property is Found

Make arrangements for pickup or delivery to get back your lost property.
