checked two suitcases in at New York JFK to our flight to Amsterdam connecting to London Heathrow. when we got to Amsterdam our Heathrow flight was cancelled due to weather conditions. we couldn’t get our checked in luggage and stayed in a hotel overnight. when we flew back to Heathrow our bags did not arrive. one purple and one dark grey both have 4 wheels and hard cases they also have red and white strings tied to the handles
