name tag on a small gray bag

I called the next day and was advised by your employee in lost and found that she was looking right at the bag as we were speaking on the phone, she verified my name and address. She said she would have someone deliver the bag to my home but it would be $54.00 to have someone to bring it to me $1.00 for each mile from Pittsburgh airport to my home in Canfield, Ohio 44406. I thought it was strange that she said it had to be cash. l will come to the airport tomorrow and pick it up myself in the morning. Please DO NOT HAVE SOMEONE DELIVER IT TO MY HOME I am upset the way this was handled. This entire situation was handled poorly. Thank you, Teresa Vass
