KLM switched my ticket at the last minute and booked through you. My luggage did not make it. I was booked through delta conf # G7u8ow. I was originally flying on klm from ORD to Amsterdam and then Lisbon. Instead I flew ORD to Zurich to Lisbon on Swiss air. My original baggage tag # was DL 493234 and DL 493234 for Riley Jarman.
