My son left his Xbox gaming system/briefcase in the overhead compartment in first class above row2. He flight attendant told found me in baggage claim and told me it was still t gate B16 and to have someone call the gate. Unfortunately the agents outside of baggage claim were unable to do so and said for us to file the claim.
