Refund Policy

Reported Lost knows how time-sensitive these situations are. When you enter your lost property claim into our lost and found database our team starts working on it right away.

Every situation is different, whereas some lost property claims are resolved right away, others could be days. There also is the possibility that you found what you thought was lost. We are all human, mistakes happen. So knowing this, the policy set forth by our Corporate Parent Company Full Refunds will be given within 24 hours of when a lost property claim was submitted. Within that time frame, the Dedicated Recovery Agent has already processed your claim thorough multiple databases. Your agent in the first 24 hours most likely already contacted you with an update. After 24 hours or 1 day, there’s a $4.99 processing charge deducted from the refund amount which will be $25.00. This is the amount your refund will be.

After 24 hours or up to 10 days  there is a $4.99 processing charge deducted from the refund amount which will be $25.00. 

Please contact us at refund@reportedlost.com and include the name, date, and claim number from when you filed your claim.

All refunds require 24-48 hours to refund money to the customer. This number of hours can at times go up to 72 hours.
